At Maersk, we are on a mission to revolutionize the logistics and trade industry. We are seeking an exceptional Finance Transformation Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping the future of global trade and logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that finance transitions and projects are executed with precision and excellence. This includes collaborating with the APMT Head of Finance Transformation to design and deploy the Finance Transitions/Projects roadmap, ensuring compliance with the Finance Blueprint, creating and maintaining business cases, managing end-to-end transitions/projects, and adhering to program budgets.

As a Change Management expert, you will develop and implement plans to manage change, lead and coordinate change management activities, coach and mentor terminals through the change process, monitor and assess the impact of change on employees/processes, provide expert advice on handling change, communicate change management plans to teammates and stakeholders, and evaluate the success of change management initiatives.

Other responsibilities include supporting the APMT transformation roadmap by leading or supporting projects as needed.
