Job Title

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

The role involves ensuring native User data is aggregated to Onecert, adhering to established processes, and performing monitoring activities to guarantee data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

  • Refresh User data to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert and upload User lists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and adhere to escalation procedures to source User lists.
  • Fulfill requests from business stakeholders to source User lists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for User list sourcing and work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risks pertaining to IAM processes and The Bank.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM processes in collaboration with IAM leaders.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and exercises related to Application security for compliance with current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established processes to ensure data quality and achieve monthly metrics.
  • Source, extract, convert and upload User lists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with external teams to improve application performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM processes.
  • Develop and maintain IAM processes in collaboration with IAM leaders.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros.
  • Fluency in English language.
