Job Summary



We are seeking an experienced Private Equity Manager to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a core member of our Private Equity team, you will work with industry professionals to deliver services for complex fund structures.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain books and records, and calculate fund's Net Asset Values
* Coordinate and review financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics and quarterly reporting
* Coordinate and review calculations of carried interests, performance, and incentive fees
* Coordinate and review calculations of investor allocations for capital calls and distributions
* Coordinate and review partner capital account statements
* Coordinate payments and other transactions
* Supervise production analysts and review and sign off on their work
* Act as primary contact for clients and other stakeholders
* Monitor timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables
* Ensure all escalations are addressed timely

Requirements

* 5-7 years of experience in accounting for financial services sectors, particularly Private Equity
* Experience in reviewing financial statements
* User experience with enterprise accounting systems
* Working knowledge of Investran is highly desirable
* 5-7 years of experience using MS-Excel, including formulas, tables, and formatting, conditional formatting, charting, pivot tables, and pivot reporting
* Independently handle client calls and monthly and weekly reviews
* Supervisory skills with 4-5 years of experience in managing and leading staff
* B.com or CA (Inter/Final) are desired educational qualifications
