Lead Python Engineer

We are looking for a talented Python lead engineer to join our engineering team. As a senior member, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using Python and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications using Python and related technologies such as Django, Flask, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes and tools using the latest advancements in Python and related technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development using Python.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies.
