Healthcare AI Fellowship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare AI Fellow (Engineering) to join our team. As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines, develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, and engage daily in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Python skills and expert proficiency in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX), as well as a proven track record of rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions. Additionally, they should demonstrate high agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines
  • Develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, shaping the entire engineering team's approach
  • Engage daily in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers
