IT Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our team at a cutting-edge technology company.

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. You will also be responsible for leading the desktop engineering team and providing end-user support to ensure smooth operation of desktop computing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Oversee the desktop engineering team and provide end-user support.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to maintain security and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting VM environments.
  • Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies and user provisioning.
  • Excellent network administration skills, including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experienced with server management, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server and Linux servers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations and GPU/HPC servers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages for collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse IT team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, with a track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or MCA.
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in leading/managing an IT team/projects.
