Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and project management, with experience working with patient analytics and claims data. They will lead consulting projects from scoping to delivery, analyzing data to provide strategic insights, and overseeing the development of visual tools for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies for analyzing claims data, providing insights into patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Oversee the creation of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
