Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

The role of Lead Data Scientist is a strategic position within our organization, where you will be responsible for leading end-to-end initiatives, analyzing data, and developing AI-powered solutions.

As a key member of our DS/AI Competency Center, you will drive business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment to deliver exceptional results.

  • Drive end-to-end initiatives, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment
  • Analyze and interpret data findings to inform business decisions
  • Draw conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives to drive growth and revenue

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.

Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment is essential.

Azure cloud resources, Databricks, and Docker containerization expertise are highly valued. Additionally, excellent business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead small technical teams are critical for success in this role.
