Responsibilities:

As a Battery Intelligence Innovator, you will lead the design of user experience and interface of our Battery Passport and Battery Analytics solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative designs that meet user needs and improve overall user satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points in the battery industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences to inform design decisions.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups that meet user needs and align with industry best practices.
  • Organize complex battery-related data for visually accessible information architecture.
  • Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system for consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, and product research, preferably in battery technology or sustainability.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping and testing using tools like InVision, Framer, or similar.
  • Basic front-end understanding of HTML, CSS, and React components is beneficial.
  • Strong data visualization skills in designing dashboards and effectively visualizing complex datasets.
  • Demonstrate soft skills such as strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
