We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Graphic Visualisation Specialist to drive creative visualisations across various formats and media.

The ideal candidate will lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and everything in between. They will collaborate with copywriters, creative strategists, and client servicing teams to crack compelling ideas that align with brand strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns
  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for various mediums
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative creative executions
  • Mentor junior designers and visualisers
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear and consistent creative executions
  • Review creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations
  • Present ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
  • Stay up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends
  • Maintain design consistency while working on multiple projects

Qualifications and skills required:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to ideation
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
