Artificial Intelligence Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled AI Engineering Leader to spearhead our GenAI project.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architecting and scaling AI systems, as well as expertise in conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture: Design the architecture of our AI Agent platform, ensuring it is efficient and aligned with our overall vision.
  • Implementation: Implement major components of our product, leveraging expertise in architecting and scaling AI systems.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of our delivery timeline and coordinate the complete development of products, including pre-planning and scaling infrastructure as needed.
  • Releases: Oversee product releases, ensuring timely and successful deployment of new features.
  • Leadership: Provide clear goals, constructive feedback, and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
