Lead Interior Designer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Interior Designer to spearhead our premium home design projects. As the key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning interior designs that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create bespoke interior designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
  • Analyze sales data and project timelines to optimize design processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution
  • 10+ years of industry experience, or 6+ years with 2+ years of experience at our company
  • Site experience with ability to install designs efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software
  • Fluency in English, with local language skills desirable
