Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Motion Graphics Designer to create visually captivating animations for our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in motion graphics and 2D animation, bringing creative ideas to life through effective visual storytelling.

  • Conceptualize and Design Visual Assets: Develop engaging and informative motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual effects for various mediums including videos, presentations, e-learning modules, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the creative, design, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality animations that meet expectations.
  • Create Storyboards and Animatics: Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to present concepts before execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the project vision.
  • Edit and Enhance Video Projects: Edit and enhance video projects with motion graphics, character animations, text animations, and visual effects, ensuring all elements align with project goals and timelines.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Continuously update knowledge of the latest design, animation, and industry trends to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the role.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Artist and/or 2D Animator.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (knowledge of Toon Boom Harmony, Moho, or Blender is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.
  • Good eye for design, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
