Protect clients and their customers from financial loss by reviewing and analyzing cases to prevent and detect fraud. This role involves working on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.

You'll be part of a global team of experts who analyze transactions to identify patterns and irregularities, investigate suspicious activities, and implement preventive measures. Your analytical skills will help you differentiate between good users and bad actors in complex situations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma
  • At least 1 year of technical support or troubleshooting experience (freshers welcome)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • An analytical and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent online search skills
  • Great written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
  • Computer experience
