Frontend Design Architect

As a design-minded engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product experience for our users.
The Opportunity:
This is an exceptional chance to be part of a growing company and contribute to the development of clean, intuitive flows in Flutter and VueJS. You will work closely with the team to turn complex investment processes into effortless experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and building user interfaces that meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features and products
- Prototyping and testing new ideas with users to drive growth and innovation
- Maintaining a scalable design system to support future growth and expansion
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in frontend or full-stack engineering
- A strong portfolio of shipped UI/UX work
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions independently
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, spacing, motion, and interaction patterns
Process:
- Intro call (30 min) with Jai
- Product and tech deep dive (40 min)
- UI/UX challenge (90 min)
- Remote half-day working on a real problem together
