Senior Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead data aggregation projects from conception to delivery.

This role combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in data management solutions

You will be responsible for developing data management and reporting systems, working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data.

This is a senior-level role that requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in an international matrix environment, and willingness to work US hours with 3-4 hours overlap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data aggregation projects from conception to delivery
  • Develop data management and reporting systems
  • Work with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data
  • Client relationship management
  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • Coordinating with US-based teams and clients

Requirements:

  • Strong Python coding skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred
