At Skyleaf Consultants LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–10 years of experience in developing scalable and efficient Python-based applications, with a focus on integrating AI algorithms and models. Strong expertise in Python, hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools, and proficiency in creating and integrating APIs for AI models or services are essential requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize code for performance and scalability, and troubleshoot application issues to maintain high software quality. Additionally, you will ensure proper documentation of development processes, code, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications focusing on AI-driven features.

  • Optimize code for performance and scalability adhering to industry best practices.
  • Work on AI-related tasks such as model integration, API development, and feature enhancement.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues to maintain high software quality.
  • Ensure proper documentation of development processes, code, and APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Python with 4+ years of development experience.
  • Hands-on experience in building applications with AI components using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in creating and integrating APIs for AI models or services.
  • Strong understanding of back-end development principles, design patterns, and microservices.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and environments including Docker and version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
