Job Title: SAP PLM Expert

Lead and support the implementation of SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) modules with a focus on integrating Oracle Document Management System (DMS).

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to capture requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions.
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, and integration touchpoints between SAP PLM and Oracle DMS.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Work flexible shifts in the IST time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategies for implementing SAP PLM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP PLM and Oracle DMS.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
