We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer to join our innovative team.

Job Description

This role involves taking ownership of the full lifecycle of cutting-edge AI solutions, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment in a production environment. As an AI Engineer, you will be empowered to drive key technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architecting and building robust and scalable backend systems.
  • Integrating and managing interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilizing and optimizing vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Developing and implementing sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
