Senior AI Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have +5/+7 years of experience in AI development, with a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning.

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering, including working with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and crafting effective prompts for tasks like summarization, text classification, and document understanding.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Document Intelligence for extracting structured data from unstructured documents (invoices, forms, contracts).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and integration with data lakes for AI pipelines.
  • Fluent in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying AI models using Azure ML, MLflow, and CI/CD tools. They will also work closely with the team to design and implement event-driven AI workflows using Azure Functions.
