Quantitative Model Validation Specialist

Effective model validation is a critical component of our clients' risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Experience with designing and validating robust quantitative models, ensuring accurate performance assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Design, build, and maintain quantitative models across various domains, including business forecasting, pricing, risk assessment models, AML, etc.
  3. The specialist will be responsible for the independent review and challenge of all models, verifying conceptual soundness, assessing model assumptions, and evaluating implementation accuracy.
  4. Ongoing monitoring: Responsible for periodically reviewing the fitness of models in accordance with approved plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in model development or validation activities.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
