Strategic Data Analyst - Healthcare Sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex trends and opportunities throughout the product lifecycle using advanced analytics.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and optimize automated data pipelines to enhance reporting efficiency and expedite insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable providers.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
