Job Title:

Data Scientist & Engineer


About the Role: We are seeking an experienced data scientist and engineer to lead applied research in Generative AI, including LLMs, Vision-Language Models, VLMs, Multimodal AI, and Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Traditional AI domains such as Computer Vision, object detection, segmentation, OCR, and Predictive Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research in Generative AI and develop models using tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenCV, Scikitlearn, etc.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate GenAI research into real-world use cases for various industries.
  • Evaluate AI models and publish research outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of hands-on experience in AIML RD, including minimum 2-3 years in GenAI.
  • Strong experience with LLMs fine-tuning, model evaluation, vector databases, and inference pipelines.
  • Deep expertise in at least one traditional domain, such as Computer Vision or Predictive Modeling.
  • Experience deploying models in Edge Cloud MLOps pipelines and working with enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with notebook-based prototyping, REST APIs, and ML libraries.
