We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network-related technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
  • Support users with Google Workspace, VPN, and other enterprise applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolution details in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures while supporting end-users.
  • Assist in the setup of IT equipment and access for new hires and exit employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.

Requirements

To be successful as an IT Support Specialist, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or end-user support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Google Workspace, and common desktop applications.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic knowledge of networks.
  • BASIC understanding of Active Directory and user management.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in supporting end-users in a corporate environment & senior executives.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
  • Prior experience in an IT support role within a global or distributed team.
