Lead Machine Learning Engineer Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models for NLP, Computer Vision (CV), and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Work with transformer architectures, multimodal AI models, and generative AI techniques.
  • Implement large language model-based virtual assistants.
  • Develop and maintain Python code for audio capture, encoding, modality fusion, LLM interaction, and text output.
  • Integrate and configure pre-trained models for audio encoding, LLM, and audio decoding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning, with expertise in NLP, speech recognition (ASR), and text-to-speech (TTS).
  • Knowledge of multimodal learning techniques for fusing audio and text information.
  • Strong understanding of audio processing, including feature extraction, signal processing, and acoustic modeling.
  • Experience with fine-tuning transformer models and developing training pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and serverless computing.
