**Job Title:** Senior Frontend Lead

As a seasoned Senior Frontend Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance web applications using ReactJS. Your expertise in frontend/UI development and experience working with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and modern front-end build pipelines will be invaluable to our team.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, write clean and maintainable code, and optimize applications for speed and scalability. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and work closely with QA teams to ensure application quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of high-performance web applications using ReactJS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features
  • Write clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in frontend/UI development
  • Strong and mandatory expertise in ReactJS
  • Proficient understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  • Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, etc.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM
  • Familiar with version control tools such as Git
  • Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
