Mentor students in academic projects, assignments, and research. Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals. Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students. Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
Maintain a positive learning environment. Support institutional initiatives and quality improvement activities.
Candidates with a Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) are preferred. Experience in teaching and mentoring is required.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are essential. Knowledge of pedagogical methods and educational technology is also necessary.
