Job Details:
As a Research and Development Chemist, you will play a key role in developing new technologies and methods in accordance with the overall business direction. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing complex experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, and presenting results to peers and supervisor/manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Execute research projects from conceptualization to commercial production launch
- Design and develop new technologies using creative solutions
- Assess the viability and feasibility of new technologies
- Collect, record, report, and present results to peers and supervisor/manager either orally or in writing

Requirements:
- PhD in Chemistry with specialization in Material Science, Surface Chemistry, Nanomaterials, Physical and Inorganic Chemistry, solid state materials, Catalysis, Organic chemistry or Polymers or MSc in Chemistry, Material Science or MTech in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Catalysis and more than 5 years of industrial R&D experience
- Ability to lead projects and willingness to learn new domains and work in multi-disciplinary domains
- Skills in rapid solving of surface chemistry-related problems with chemical composition and physical structure characterization using the latest techniques
- Excellent communication and technical skills
