About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams through governance that aligns with project needs. They develop plans to maximize stakeholder value, ensure execution, and track team performance. The Senior Project Manager ensures projects are optimized to prioritize value within balanced constraints and manages expectations in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and oversee project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility for large-scale projects.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, aligning with organizational strategy and objectives.
* Organize project tasks and allocate resources, ensuring successful on-time delivery, within scope, and budget.

Requirements

* Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to adapt to project needs.
* Ability to see the big picture and think strategically, efficiently managing priorities as they arise.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Proficiency in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

About You

Education, Qualifications and Certifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, management, or engineering.
* Professional Project Management and Agile certification.
* 8 years+ experience in project management.
* Proven track record in managing significant projects from initiation to completion.
* Language skills – Fluent English required, both spoken and written
