We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Server Management: Manage and maintain physical and virtualized servers (Linux and Windows).
  • Install, Configure, and Manage: Operating systems and essential services through remote consoles.
Technical Expertise
  • Virtualization Tools: Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor, Hyper-V.
  • Network and Tools Management: cPanel/WHM, Plesk, routers, switches, DNS, email servers, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, IIS, MSSQL.
  • Protocol and Communication Management: SMTP, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH.
Problem Analysis and Resolution
  • Monitor Status: Hardware, applications, and network status.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Resolve technical challenges effectively.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve issues.
  • Team Management: Foster collaboration, manage team performance, and lead technical operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years in web hosting industry.
  • Expertise: cPanel/WHM, Plesk, Linux, Windows server environments, virtualization tools, automation deployment, monitoring.
  • Skills: Problem-solving, communication, leadership, Marathi/Hindi/English communication skills.
