Senior Software Engineer

As a seasoned backend developer, we are looking for a skilled Lead Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of our software products and enhancements to existing products.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in NodeJS and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred), with hands-on experience working on high-traffic products handling millions of requests per month.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to product architecture to handle large volumes of traffic
- Optimize existing APIs for performance through data denormalization and decoupling long-running tasks using queues
- Develop high-performance, reusable, and bug-free APIs
- Get familiar with AWS services like API Gateway, Lambdas, SNS, SQS, and SES
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced developer who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in NodeJS and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Expert knowledge of designing and optimizing database/reporting layers
- Hands-on experience with high-traffic products handling over 1 million requests per month
- 5-8 years of relevant professional work experience
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to delivering high-quality results
