Lead Design Project Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage a team of designers, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing a team of designers in the creation of visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Developing and implementing design strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Expertise and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, along with post-graduation in Project Management from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing design projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in design software and tools, including Autodesk and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Sound knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana and Trello.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
