Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training framework to drive user adoption, process efficiency, and standardization across our global delivery hubs.

This involves creating training materials tailored for SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement, establishing and upscaling a Key User network to ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer, and leading key user workshops and end-user training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Training Framework: Develop a comprehensive training framework that addresses the needs of our global delivery hubs.
  • Create Training Materials: Design and create training materials tailored for SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement, including courseware, presentations, and other supporting materials.
  • Establish Key User Network: Establish and upscale a Key User network to ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer within the organization.
  • Lead Workshops and Training Sessions: Lead key user workshops and end-user training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Simplify Business Processes: Simplify and standardize complex business processes to ensure efficiency and ease of use within SAP.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience as an SAP Training Lead or similar role with a proven track record of designing and implementing comprehensive training frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement and experience in creating training materials and running workshops.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to establish and lead a Key User network to ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
