Job Description:

We seek an experienced Senior Marketer to lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

The role will develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns with the goal of driving user acquisition, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and scaling customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory with deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead creation and management of paid campaigns across platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance continuously optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly performance reports ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage marketing budget tracking spend against performance goals optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends new advertising technologies best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting CRM-based campaigns advanced segmentation strategies.
