SAP Implementation Specialist


About the Role:

This SAP SuccessFactors consultant will work on implementing and managing global projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and oversee project implementation.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.
Technical Expertise:
  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement integrations with local systems.
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
