Lead Graphic/Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Graphic/Visual Designer to lead our brand's creative vision and execution.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • This role involves leading and mentoring a creative team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • You will design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaboration with marketing and content teams is essential to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Built on efficiency and timely delivery, you will streamline creative processes and workflows.
  • Staying ahead of design trends and tools, you will bring innovation to campaigns.
  • Leading brainstorming sessions and inspiring breakthrough creative ideas.
  • You will balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of all relevant software & tools.
  • A solid understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A creative story-teller with a high EQ.
