Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

The Onsite Project Coordinator will drive successful project execution, ensuring seamless delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires close collaboration with utility partners, internal teams, and vendors to manage day-to-day coordination, oversee project progress, and maintain strong utility relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with utilities, vendors, and internal teams
  • Oversight of proof of concept, meter testing, site acceptance testing, and deployment
  • Ensure spare parts availability and effective resource planning
  • Track and monitor project progress, SLAs, and escalations
  • Maintain strong utility relationships and resolve issues promptly
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and project tracking through MS Excel and other tools
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement in field execution
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (preferred) or related technical field
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Field Services, or Customer Support in the energy sector
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with HES and MDM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SAT processes, SLA monitoring, and project coordination methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
