Program Management Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our primary care strategy in strengthening health systems and institutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and influencing and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Strategy: Develop project proposals, conduct project reviews, and monitor related projects in the Primary Care domain.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Guide Programme Officers in their day-to-day activities while contributing to organizational leadership.
  • Institutional Engagement: Lead evaluations and ensure strategic alignment of seeded institutions.
  • Internal Processes: Oversee MIS, LFA, Fluxx, Internal Audit, and Annual Work Plan processes.
  • Grant Reviews: Assist in reviewing grant requests and partnership opportunities.
  • Internal Reviews: Participate in review meetings and attend to tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MD/ MBBS with MBA/ MPH/ MHA (essential).
  • Minimum 12 years of post-qualification, relevant work experience in Primary Care settings within Public Health Organizations/Academic Medical Institutions.
