Welcome to the role of Senior Salesforce CPQ Architect at Tata Consultancy Services
We are offering a competitive salary package, commensurate with industry standards, for this position. The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000.
**Job Description:**
This is a key leadership role in our Salesforce practice, where you will lead the implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce CPQ technology. Your primary focus will be on architecting scalable and efficient systems that meet the needs of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead blueprinting phase on Salesforce CPQ stack.
- Drive discussions with Architects Board to get design approvals.
- Design and implement enhancements, including creation of custom objects, pages, Apex classes, triggers, processes, flows, workflows, reports, etc.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce Apps, AppExchange integrations with on-premise or third-party solutions using web services APIs, etc.
- Perform system administration tasks, such as user account management, security roles, profiles, workflows, etc.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of SFDC experience (3-5 years as Technical/Solution Architect).
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certified solution/Application Architect certification preferred.
- Quote-to-Cash process background with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of integration interfaces with SAP and other systems for billing and contracts.
- Strong understanding of Pricing framework, Variants of pricing, discounts, product catalogue configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Reporting dashboard and data.
