Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of high-quality mobile applications using React Native. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building robust and scalable software systems, with a strong focus on best practices of solution design and UI/UX.

  • Lead a team of engineers and ensure the quality of the project.
  • Provide inputs on architecture, UI/UX, and technology stack.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
  1. Expertise in React Native Development: Proficient in building high-quality mobile applications using React Native, with a deep understanding of Atomic Design principles, custom hooks, and Dependency Injection.
  2. State Management: Strong proficiency with Redux-Saga, Redux Toolkit, JavaScript, and TypeScript for efficient state management.
  3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience with Enzyme and Jest for unit and integration testing to ensure robust and reliable code.
  4. Version Control and Collaboration: Skilled in using Git, Azure Repos, and Jira while working in Agile development environments.
  5. UI Development: Experience with Storybook for developing and testing UI components in isolation.
  6. Native Module Integration: Familiar with writing bridges for native modules on both iOS and Android platforms.
  7. Performance Optimization: Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless app performance.
  8. DevOps and Deployment: Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining development/store certificates and provisioning profiles for iOS and Android apps. Proven track record of app deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  9. Analytics and Notifications: Skilled in integrating Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, push notifications, and managing third-party SDKs.
  10. Code Quality and Security: Ability to identify and fix vulnerabilities reported by tools like SonarQube.
