Job Opportunity

We're seeking a talented individual to drive participation at our international events and conferences. As a Delegate Acquisition Executive, you'll be responsible for acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across AI, Data, and Technology.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be on identifying, researching, and engaging senior executives in the aforementioned domains. You'll also be driving registrations for our international conferences and forums, maintaining high-quality communication with potential attendees via email, LinkedIn, and calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate Acquisition:
    • You'll research and identify suitable senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
    • Engage with potential attendees and secure their participation.
  • Speaker Acquisition:
    • You'll research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
    • Pitch event value propositions and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers.
  • Community Engagement:
    • You'll build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.
    • Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calling).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for community building.
