Lead AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the development of AI solutions that drive business value for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customised strategies to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary technical authority for AI usage within Salesforce product portfolio
- Majority of time spent on customer-facing activities
- Evangelise Salesforce AI capabilities to clients
- Assess client requirements and align to our capabilities
- Collaborate with architects and SE teams to develop solution proposals
- Create reference models for inclusion of GPT-based products in wider Salesforce solution architectures
- Align with client security and privacy teams on trust capabilities and values
- Present at multiple customer events and represent Salesforce at external events
- Educate and enable sales and SE organisations on AI solutions
- Bridge point to product management
- Provide thought leadership on driving customer success through digital transformation

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial technology space with AI products and solutions
- Strong data knowledge and AI application skills
- 10+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, consulting or related function in commercial software company
- Pre-sales or implementation focus required
- Experience in demonstrating customer engagement solutions and understanding use cases
- Business analysis and ROI construction skills
- Effective communication skills for large audiences
- Understanding of CRM, Sales, Service and Marketing cloud offerings
