We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality across our web, mobile, and API platforms. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA strategies for AI-driven features.
  • Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Conduct thorough testing of conversational AI features, focusing on accuracy, response relevance, context retention, and prompt robustness.

  • Build and maintain automated regression test suites using Selenium + Java/TestNG or Cypress/Playwright.
  • Perform API testing using Postman/RestAssured, including validation of AI APIs.
  • Define and track QA metrics such as response accuracy, latency benchmarks, and defect leakage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven QA experience (manual + automation).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
