Job Title:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager plays a vital role in driving business growth by providing insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

This involves tracking monthly entity and business level profitability, building annual operating plans, and creating scenario models to bring out key business insights.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, consolidating, and presenting financial analysis, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances.

The role also includes participation in ad-hoc special projects such as identifying cost optimization opportunities, business valuations, and equity fund raises.

Presentation skills are essential in producing presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal stakeholders.

Strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including functional finance departments and lines of business teams, are also crucial for success.

Candidate Profile:

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel & excellent numerical ability.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic & analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 plus years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Finance.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant.Key Performance Indicators
