Oracle Functional Consultant Role Overview

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of HCM data structures, business objects, and workflows. Key responsibilities include configuration and troubleshooting of Core HR, security management using Security Console, and document types and number generation rules configuration.

Core Competencies:
  • Core HR Configuration: Strong functional expertise in Core HR, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Data Security Management: Hands-on experience in role-based & data security using Security Console.
  • Document Types and Number Generation Rules: Skilled in document types & number generation rules configuration.
  • Position Management and Synchronization: Experienced in position management and synchronization processes.
  • Grades and Grade Ladders: Strong understanding of grades & grade ladders configuration.
  • AOR Templates: Knowledgeable about AOR templates design and implementation.
  • Absence Management Configuration: Proven skills in absence management configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities also include geographies and address validation, as well as presence management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to provide solutions based on business requirements.
