Documentation Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled documentation specialist to create high-quality technical documentation that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define target audience and outline manuals to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry guidelines.
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical documentation with a focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages to enhance customer experience (CX).
  • Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing various documents.
  • Coordinate with onsite trainers for document deliverables.
  • Proven English writing skills.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies is required, but exposure to programming languages is not necessary.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills.
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.

Requirements:

  • English writing skills.
  • Software development knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • Programming language familiarity.
