Key Responsibilities
  • Drive experience innovation using data and trends, staying ahead of industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Benchmark global hospitality offerings to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Design Standard, Local, and Signature Experiences that reflect our brand's unique character and style.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to embed technology seamlessly into guest journeys, enhancing their overall experience.
Team Leadership
  • Mentor Curators across clusters, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure consistency, maintaining high standards throughout the organization.
  • Oversee collaboration, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
Quality Assurance
  • Lead audits and set benchmarks for safety and service, ensuring we meet the highest standards.
  • Act on guest feedback and insights, making data-driven decisions to improve our offerings.
  • Report quality metrics to senior leadership, providing actionable intelligence to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multi-property design, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and creative vision, with the ability to balance financial constraints with artistic expression.
  • High cultural sensitivity and operational discipline, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
