About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Cisco's Global FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making through timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis and reporting.
  • Design and implement financial models and tools to support business planning, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across FP&A functions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as required, including financial system implementations, data analytics enhancements, and other key business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CA/MBA, with 1+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or business operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations, with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Desired: Experience working in a multinational company, advanced Excel skills, knowledge of database management systems, and familiarity with financial software tools (e.g. Business Objects, Essbase).
