Executive in Hospitality

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Executive to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel's front desk, reservations, guest services, and housekeeping teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service by leading and motivating your team, setting performance expectations, and providing ongoing training and development. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
• 6 months to 6 years of experience in hospitality management, particularly in upscale hotels, resorts, or similar establishments
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, best practices, and regulations in India
• Proficiency in hospitality management systems, reservation software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant applications
