Job Title: HubSpot Expert

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot professional to join our team. As a HubSpot Expert, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across multiple hubs.
• Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
• Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
• Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses).
• Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
• Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
• Manage data governance within HubSpot.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot implementation and RevOps.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-hub setups.
• Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
• Experience with middleware/integration tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to find leaks in the funnel.
